At-Home Services General Information and FAQ

​Does your dog want to get out and active? Whether your dog would like to take a nice stroll, or perhaps he or she would like to run like the wind- we would love to exercise and play with your pet(s)! We are at your fur kiddos service like a personal pet butler! We will bring all of the equipment needed, it is all paws off for you - The only thing you need is a dog! Have a long day away from work? Need someone to stop by and let your fur kiddo out to potty? We can help! We will make sure your pup has everything he or she needs while you are away from home. 


1. What are at-home services?

We come to your home and take care of your pet(s) and home just as you would! Whatever buddy needs, we would love to be there for her! We can come over just for belly rubs!

2. When do you come?

We come during our specified time blocks, Monday-Friday: 9am-4pm.

3. What are time blocks?

Time blocks are windows of time that fit best with your kiddos schedule. We do not create set appointment times, rather we come during a 2-3 hour window of time. 

Mid-Morning: 9AM-11:30AM

Mid-day: 11:30AM-2PM

Afternoon: 2PM-4PM

4. How to set up services?

Before any services can be performed, you must schedule a free at-home consultation. During the consultation, one of our Buddy Crew Members will come to your home to meet your buddy and go over all of the basic information inside of the home to better service you, your pet, and your home. To schedule a consultation, please call or email us with desired date and time. After your free at-home consultation, you can schedule at your convenience online, by email request, text message, or phone call.

5. How do I schedule an appointment online?

You must first set up an account on our website. To do so, click on "Member Login" in the top right hand corner of the website. You will be redirected to our secure, online scheduling website, PowerPetSitter. Click on "New User" to set up new account. After you have created an account, you can schedule appointments at your convenience through our website/PowerPetSitter.

6. What do you do during the at-home sessions?

Whatever your fur kiddo would like! We utilize the time to do whatever you would like us to including but not limited to: exercising, belly rubs, feeding, fetch, play time, basic training, etc.

7. Are there any requirements for my pet to receive at-home pet care services?

The only requirement is your pet(s) must be friendly with humans. 

8. What are your services areas?

As far west as Wyoming, Ohio. As far east as Eastgate, Ohio. As far north as West Chester/Mason, Ohio. As far south as the river. We do not provide services in Kentucky (yet). 

9. How long do the at-home pet care services last?

Depending on the session you request, will determine the length of time we will be with your pet. A 20 minute session is 20 Minutes, a 30 minute session is 30 minutes, a 1 hour session is 1 hour, and the $16 potty break is non-timed meaning it can last anywhere from 5-15 minutes. 

10. Are there cancellation fees?

If you cancel your session inside of the requested time block, yes- you will be charged $10 for a cancellation. If you cancel your session 2 hours before your desired session time block, no, no charge will be accrued. For example, if you scheduled a session in the mid-day time block (11:30AM-2PM), you must cancel your visit by 9:30AM to avoid cancellation fees.

11. Can I schedule sessions the day of?

You can request a session anytime; however we cannot guarantee your session will be approved. In order to guarantee your session will be approved and taken care of, you must give us a 72 hour notice.

Taxi Services General Information and FAQ

Does your buddy need a ride? We would love to be at your service! Whether your pup needs a ride to the groomer, from the groomer, to a friends, or to Buddy Boarding Farm for a fun-filled vacation - we are your go-to buddy for the job!


1. How do I schedule a taxi ride?

You can schedule a taxi ride at your convenience online, by giving us a call, sending us a text, or sending us an email anytime!

2. What are the hours your offer taxi services?

We provide taxi services every day (excluding major Holidays) from 12PM-4PM. We do not create set appointment times for taxi services. Your pup will be picked up/dropped off anytime between 1PM-4PM.

3. Can you taxi my dog to the vet?

As long as we are dropping your dog off, yes. If you are asking us to take your dog to the vet for you, no--unless of course it is an emergency. In order for you to receive the best vet care possible, the owner needs to be present to be able to discuss treatment plans, recent changes in behavior, concerns, etc. The taxi service is strictly for dropping off and picking up; not taking your pet to an appointment for you and having discussions with vets, vet techs, groomers, etc.

4. Can I schedule a set appointment time for your taxi services? 

No. Our taxi service runs from 1PM-4PM and there are no set appointment times available. Your dog will be dropped off and/or picked up anytime between 1PM-4PM on desired date. You select the date and we will pick up or drop off your kiddo anytime between 1PM-4PM.

5. Can I schedule a taxi ride for my dog the day of?

You can request a taxi ride anytime; however we cannot guarantee your taxi service will be approved. In order to guarantee your taxi ride will be approved and taken care of, you must give us a 120 hour (5 day) notice. 

6. Are there cancellations fees?

If you cancel your taxi ride the same day as the service is to be provided inside of the 1PM-4PM time block, yes - you will be charged $10 for a cancellation. If you cancel your taxi ride at least 2 hours before 1PM, no, no charge will be accrued. 

7. What is the farthest distance you will travel for taxi services?

We provide taxi services up to 15 miles. In other words - we do not provide taxi services over 15 miles.

8. Can you taxi my dog for daycare?

Unfortunately, no, we cannot. Because our taxi operates from 12PM-4PM, your dog would not get any/enough playtime if taxi services were used.

No discounts or coupons can be applied during holiday stays.

Buddy Boarding is CLOSED to the public on major holidays. No drop off/pick ups at BB Farm, No Temperament Tests, No Taxi Services, and No at-home services provided on major holidays.

*Invoices must be paid within 30 days of appointment start date to avoid late fees.
